SGA WEATHER POLICY
In case of snow or ice, we will follow the Carroll ISD for any closings. If the Carroll ISD, is closed, dismisses early, or cancels afternoon activities, Southlake Gymnastics Academy will be closed. If the Carroll ISD starts school late, the gym will be open. In case of worsening conditions in the late afternoon or evening, please check our website, Facebook page or twitter account before coming to class or team practice just in case we have to close early. If our staff cannot make it into the gym, we cannot change the voicemail on our phone system, so please check the other means of communication.
ENROLLMENT POLICIES
When is tuition Due?Tution is due by the 2nd of each month. If tuition is paid after the 9th of the month, a $20 late fee is applied to your balance per child. If the tuition has not been paid by the 15th of the month, your child will be automatically dropped from the class and you will still be responsible for the month's tuition.
When is tuition taken out for auto pay?
The 2nd of each month
Why a Annual Memberhsup fee?The membership fee covers fees not directly tied to the month-to-month operation of the program, These include: insurance costs, administrative costs and t-shirt costs.
When does the membership renew?On your anniversary month.
If I decide to take a break, how much notice do I need to give?It is a 30 day notice and we do have a drop form that must be filled out at the front desk. Please no phone calls, letters or faxes.
If I miss a class, can I do a make up?We offer make up classes for ANY missed class. You may also schedule a make up class for any class missed due to a holiday execpt for the one week that we are closed for holiday break. The five week months throughout the year make up for that class missed that one week. Tution cannot be pro rated because of missed classes. Make-up classes are offered by reservation so that we can guarntee class ratios. Make-ups must be completed while the child is actively enrolled in the program.
Is it okay to move to another class time?If at anytime, you need to change your current class, call the office and we will look for alternative days and/or times.
SGA CAMP CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURES
EVERY child MUST be signed in & out. For convenience pickups is available at the side door.
Upon sign in your Child will receive a security wrist band and the parent receives the stub with the corresponding number of the wrist band.
When you pick your child up, you will need to sign him/her out and give the wrist band stub. The Coach will then verify that the numbers match and release your child.
DIFFERENT PARENT PICKUP/LOST STUBIn the event someone else is picking up your child, you will need to give that pickup parent the stub or call them with the stub number. They will need to sign them out also.
If the person picking the child up does NOT have the stub or the stub number we will ask for a photo ID from the pickup parent as verification in addition to them signing the child out.
LATE PICK UP FEESCamp sessions begin promptly at 8:30 and 1:00. Early check in is not permitted. The sessions end at 12:30 and 5:00. We allow a five minute grace period when picking up your child, followed by a $5 late fee for every five minutes.
